To register online, read the
information below and then follow the link at the bottom
of this page. Each
camper must be registered seperately.
You must have an email
address for confirmation purposes.
Confirmation is automatic via
email. Print out the e-mail, complete and mail the
completed form with payment to:

your check and completed forms by mail within 2 weeks to
complete your registration.
Registration Fees & Discounts
Fees:
The La Salle Day Camp fee is $225.
The Lower Makefield Day Camp is $215.
The S4 Evening Camp at La Salle fee is $195.
The Doylestown Evening Camp fee is $195.
The Upper Dublin Evening Camp fee is $195.
The Margate (Jersey Shore) Evening Camp fee is $150.
These fees cover camper instruction, Brine® reversible jersey, lanyard and sticker, insurance, raffle items, and give aways. If you register by mail the full fee must accompany the registration form.
Discounts: A $20 multi-camp discount is offered to families who register more than one child. A $45 discount is offered to campers who attend both the La Salle Day Camp and the S4 Evening Camp at La Salle. A $35 discount is offered to Upper Dublin Township residents who attend the Upper Dublin Evening Camp.
Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing. Full
refunds will be made for cancellations received at least
fifteen days before camp begins. After this deadline, a
$25 fee will be deducted for administrative expenses. If
no notice is received, a $50 fee will be deducted. For
purposes of a refund, the postmark of the cancellation
letter will determine the date received by the QSI
office. No
refunds for campers who leave before the last day of
camp.
Important Notes
All applications will be considered in the order they are
received. Enrollment is limited, so early registration is
encouraged. Walk-up registrations on the day the camp
opens are accepted as long as the camp limit is not sold
out. Every year since 1991, the Quickstick Lacrosse Camps
have grown! For four consecutive years the La Salle camp
has enrolled over 200 campers! We believe this growth has
occurred because we offer a professional high quality
camp experience. In
order to maintain this level of care we will now stop
accepting enrollment once 200 campers' registration forms
have been accepted. This will occur based on a
first-mailed, first received basis - so send that
application in early!
